The culinary & convivial experience of sitting around a table evokes emotions and memories, based on family, culture and lifestyle. In France, this dinner table is not
only functional, it is also a precious moment of social interaction and discovery.
But what does this moment represent in other countries?

With this in mind, I decided to go on a gastronomic journey around the world while
staying in Paris. Providing an informal and unique way to learn about other
traditions thanks to conversations around a meal. Taking us on a journey of discovery
that reveals different customs and traditions and gives us a flavour of things to come.
